The Kinsterna Hotel is a Byzantine mansion which has been restored to its original glory with tremendous respect for its historical, cultural and architectural heritage- and which now forms a comprehensive settlement comprising the manor house and adjoining houses. At the same time, the owners have also set out to restore the estate’s rich natural environment, including the productivity of its agricultural land and gardens so that the mansion can once again be self-sustaining. Today, the Kinsterna produces its own wine, extra virgin olive oil and table olives, tsipouro (traditional Greek spirits), bread, marmalade and other fruit preserves, handmade soap and much more.
