  • Having dinner at Agreco Farm with a tour of this eco farm before dinner. Lots of the products served in the hotel come from here (oliv oil, vegetables, fruit, olives, to name a few). A real night out with the feeling that you are staying in a small Cretan village: he seven course dinner is served on a square under the olive trees with lovely Greek music as entertainment
  • Having dinner with just the two of you, while the kid’s enjoy the kid’s acitvities (or the little ones lying in bed – baby monitor in reach)
  • Relaxing on the lounge chairs at the private beach of the hotel –towels and water are at your disposal
  • Enjoying a massage or beauty treatment at the resort’s own wellness centre
  • Visiting Rethymno Old Town: Make a trip to the picturesque old town of Rethymno nearby. Peruse the old traditional narrow streets and buildings in historic Creto-Venetian style. We had lunch at Avli and enjoyed it very much

Good to know

  • The resort is located on a through road with many tourists, where not much can be found besides tourist shops. A rental car is therefore necessary to get out and discover the beautiful parts of Crete
  • There is often live music at the resort until about 23:00. Not bothersome or too loud, but something to take into consideration
  • There are various types of accommodation. Make sure you don’t get the suits looking out on the parking lot. The nicest suites and bungalows have views of the swimming pool or beach
  • The resort’s private beach has nice lounge chairs on sand, but closer to the water the beach gets pebbly, so don’t forget to bring suitable footwear
  • The nearest airport is Heraklion (60 minutes)
