Good to know

  • Take a good look at what the best accommodation is for you. There are different types of rooms / villas; from 2-6 persons, with or without terrace and pool
  • We advise you to ask for a late check-out, because the check-out is rather early (10:00 a.m.)
  • Although Elba is one of the biggest Italian islands, even in high season it doesn’t get very busy and there are lots of great restaurants available
  • One of the best aspects of the island are its natural treasures: towns, plant life and especially clean beaches and clear water, perfect for children
  • You get to Elba by ferry from Piombino, on the mainland. The crossing Piombino-Portoferraio takes a little over an hour.
